Jenna brings more than two decades of hands-on experience scaling technology marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and brick-and-mortar businesses. She joins Sadie to lead U.S. mid-market and enterprise strategy, build high-performing teams, and accelerate revenue growth.

Jenna’s career is rooted in a deep love for hospitality and a track record of building businesses from their earliest days. She spent 20 years at OpenTable, starting as an Account Executive and advancing to SVP during some of the company’s most significant growth years, helping scale its footprint from 1,200 restaurants to a global network of over 60,000 clients.

She built teams, opened markets, scaled revenue, and led through rapid growth and change.

Over the past few years, she has served as a strategic GTM advisor to early and growth-stage AI and SaaS startups, working directly with founders to accelerate their commercial growth.

Along the way, Jenna became a partner in a restaurant group. Having sat on both sides of the table, Jenna has led large sales organizations inside a technology company and has been the operator deciding which technology was actually worth paying for.
